The location was excellent and the excellent facilities were available. Neat room with bathroom and a nice sized refrigerator, for example.
The bathroom was quite small, it upset me a little.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The studio was well equipped and had a fully functional kitchen, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save money on dining out. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The location was perfect, situated in the quaint old area of the city and close to everything, including the nearest ski bus stop. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities, including a washing machine and dryer downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the owner going above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Located in a tiny lane, Haus Rosa is in the center of all the action in Zermatt. Guests can easily access shops and restaurants, with the nearest ones just a 200-meter walk away. Despite the snowy weather, the hotel's proximity to everything makes it a convenient choice. The rooms are well-equipped, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The lack of an elevator can be tiring, as guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs.

The host was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen had all the modern facilities we could ask for. Plus, the location was really convenient - just a short walk to the train station and the gondola station for Glacier Paradise. And the closest supermarket was only 5 minutes away, which made it easy to stock up on essentials.
On the downside, the room we stayed in was a bit cramped, especially with a child. The bed was also not very comfortable, felt more like sleeping on a sofa.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartment was comfortable and tidy with beautiful decoration. The modern kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise, and the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a nearby supermarket. The only suggestion I have is for simple English instructions for the downstairs washing machine. All in all, my stay here was fantastic!

We couldn't have made a better choice for our stay in Zermatt. The beautifully designed unit at Haus Rosa exceeded our expectations with sky lights, a balcony, and stunning views of the Matterhorn. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the high prices in the area. The location was perfect, close to the Main Street, train, and skiing, with a grocery store right next door. The apartment had all the essential tools in the kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony with great views. We will definitely be returning for another stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
